Virtual Assistant Packages

Retainer
Purchase a set amount of time every month to gain the biggest discounts Kent Virtual Assistant offers.
All retainer packages are paid for in advance as this secures my time.
Charged at a rate of £35 an hour, starting from 5 hours a month.

Credits
Purchase a set number of hours, the more hours the bigger the discount.
These hours have a life span of 3 months with no rollovers. Once the credit is gone, simply just buy more.
Credits start from 2 hours ranging up to 20 hours, with rates dropping from £40 to £35.

PAYG
Pay as You Go hours depend on my availability and will be charged at a flat rate of £40 per hour.
There is a minimum charge of 2 hours per PAYG booking.

Website Packages
A website shows the world who you are as a brand. Showing your audience, you and your business, sharing your dreams and aspirations. It is an online store that should welcome your customers with open arms.

Cherry Package
The Cherry package offers a landing page website with up to 6 sections.
This is a one-page website that gives all the information to your public on one page. The tab section will take you to different areas of the one page instead of taking you to separate pages. This is great for portfolios and small businesses with not a massive amount of information to share but want to create awareness.

From here we will add text and images ensuring we are following company branding throughout (I can help with this too!).

Assist with keywords and SEO so people can find you with a Google search.

Once your website is complete ownership will be transferred and shared so I still have full access.

Maple Package
This is a basic website for small businesses who need an online platform to share information about their services and be seen.

Create a flow map of pages and subpages, where we can add anchors. You will receive 6 pages in this package.

From here we will add text and images ensuring we are following company branding throughout (I can help with this too!).

Blog or newsletter set up.

Birch Package
The Ruby package allows you to add a bit more body to your website. Could be suitable for small to medium businesses needing to share lots of information.

Site Management
I can provide you with ongoing management of your website, this is to provide you will support and the ability to make changes to text and images every month if needed. It also allows us to monitor and gives us the freedom to make any page changes. This time is based on an hour a month. Further time can be purchased at my going rate, this is heavily discounted package for my clients to allow us to support each other.
